Pattu Urid Split White is skinless split black gram (urad dal) in a 2kg pack. It is essential for idli and dosa batter and medu vada, and is used in tempering for South Indian dishes. It also makes a creamy dal on its own. Soak for four to six hours before grinding. Store in an airtight container.
