Truss Tomatoes

Fresh truss tomatoes sold on the vine, sweet, juicy and full of flavour. Slice them into salads and sandwiches, roast them whole, or cook them into curry bases, chutneys and pasta sauces. Keeping them on the vine helps them stay fresh. Store at room temperature for the best taste, then refrigerate once very ripe.
