The Rice Company Risotto Rice Premium Italian 500g

The Rice Company Premium Italian Risotto Rice comes in a 500g pack. Its short, plump grains release starch as they cook, giving risotto its creamy texture. Toast in butter, then add hot stock a ladle at a time, stirring often. It also suits rice puddings and kheer. Store in a cool place.
