Sohna Gajar Murabba is carrot preserved in sugar syrup, in a 1kg jar, a traditional North Indian winter preserve. Enjoy a piece as a sweet treat, or serve with parathas and roti. Always use a clean, dry spoon and keep the lid tightly closed. Store in a cool place. A little goes a long way.
