Snake Beans

Fresh snake beans (long beans or chawli phali), tender and crunchy. Cut into short lengths and cook in sabzi, poriyal, thoran, stir-fries and curries, or add to fried rice and noodles. They hold their bite well when cooked. Store in the fridge in a bag and use within a few days.
