Sehaj Goond Katira 100g

Sehaj Gond Katira is edible tragacanth gum in a 100g pack, a summer favourite in India. Soak a small piece overnight in water, where it swells into a soft jelly, then add to sherbets, falooda, lemonade, milk drinks and rose milk. A little goes a long way. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
