Saras Vindaloo Masala 100g

Saras Vindaloo Masala is a Kerala-style spice blend in a 100g pack for making spicy, tangy vindaloo. Fry onions, ginger and garlic, add the masala with a splash of vinegar, then add pork, beef, chicken or vegetables and simmer until tender. Serve with rice, appam or bread. Keep the pack sealed after opening to keep the spices fresh.
