Rockmelon Each Piece

A whole fresh rockmelon (cantaloupe), sweet and juicy with orange flesh. Slice and serve chilled as a refreshing snack, add to fruit salads, or blend into juices and milkshakes. Store whole at room temperature until fragrant, then refrigerate once cut and eat within a few days. Rockmelon pairs well with mint, yoghurt and a squeeze of lime for a light breakfast.
