Red Onion Fresh

Fresh red onions with a mild, sweet taste and crisp texture. Slice them raw into salads, kachumber, raita, chaat and onion rings served with kebabs and tandoori dishes, or cook them into curries. Soak sliced onions in cold water to soften the bite. Store in a cool, dry, airy place away from potatoes.
