Mexican Garlic

Fresh Mexican garlic bulbs, sold by weight. Garlic is a kitchen staple for curries, dals, tadka, chutneys, garlic naan, pickles and marinades. Peel the cloves and crush, slice or grind as needed. Store in a cool, dry, airy place, not the fridge, to keep the bulbs firm for longer. Roast whole bulbs for a mellow, sweet garlic spread.
