Maira's Kitchen Char Goond (Gum Acacia) 100g

Maira's Kitchen Char Goond is edible gum (gum acacia) in a 100g pack. Fry the crystals in ghee until they puff up, then crush and use in gond laddoos, panjiri and winter sweets, especially for new mothers. It adds a lovely crunch. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
