Lemon Fresh

Fresh lemons, sold by weight. Squeeze the juice into nimbu pani, dals, chaat, salads, marinades and lemon rice, or use the zest in baking and desserts. Lemons are also essential for pickles. Roll them on the bench before cutting to get more juice. Store in the fridge to keep them fresh for longer.
