Lajawaab Kitchen Ajinomoto Chinese Salt 100g

Lajawaab Kitchen Ajinomoto is monosodium glutamate (MSG), also called Chinese salt, in a 100g pack. A small pinch adds a savoury, umami taste to Indo-Chinese dishes like fried rice, hakka noodles, Manchurian and chilli paneer, as well as soups. Use sparingly, about a quarter teaspoon per dish, along with regular salt. Store in a cool, dry place.
