Katoomba Chickpeas 1kg

Katoomba Chickpeas (kabuli chana) come in a 1kg pack. Soak overnight with a pinch of baking soda, then pressure cook until soft. Use them for Punjabi chole, chana masala, chole bhature, chana chaat, salads and hummus. Cooked chickpeas also freeze well. Store dry chickpeas in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
