Indya Proso Millet Rava Coarse 1kg

Indya Proso Millet Rava is coarsely broken proso millet in a 1kg pack. Use it like semolina or broken wheat to make upma, pongal, khichdi, kheer and porridge. It cooks in about 15 minutes and has a light, mild taste. Rinse before cooking and use about two and a half cups of water per cup. Store airtight.
