Indya Moraiyo 1kg

Indya Moraiyo is barnyard millet (sama rice or vrat ke chawal) in a 1kg pack, widely eaten on fasting days. Cook it like rice, or make moraiyo khichdi with potatoes and peanuts, or sweet kheer. Rinse well before cooking. Store in an airtight container. It is a reliable rice for everyday cooking.
