Grewal Makki Atta 5kg

Grewal Makki Atta is yellow maize (corn) flour, best known for makki di roti served with sarson da saag, a Punjabi winter favourite. As maize has no gluten, knead with warm water and pat the rotis by hand rather than rolling. It also works for corn pakoras and as a coating for frying. The 5kg bag suits regular use. Store airtight.
