Freshco Ajinomoto Salt 100g

Freshco Ajinomoto is monosodium glutamate (MSG) in a 100g pack, a seasoning that adds a savoury, umami taste. A small pinch lifts Indo-Chinese dishes like fried rice, noodles, Manchurian and chilli paneer, as well as soups and stir-fries. Use sparingly, about a quarter teaspoon per dish, along with regular salt. Keep the pack sealed and store in a cool, dry place.
