Deep Dudhi 340g

Deep Dudhi is frozen diced bottle gourd (lauki) in a 340g pack, peeled and ready to cook. Use it in lauki chana dal, lauki kofta, lauki sabzi, kootu, thepla and halwa. Cook straight from frozen. Frozen soon after harvest and cutting, it saves cleaning and chopping time on busy days, and you can cook just the amount you need. Keep frozen and reseal the pack after use.
