Candy Melon Each Piece

A whole fresh candy melon, sweet and juicy with pale flesh. Slice and serve chilled as a refreshing snack on hot days, add to fruit salads, or blend into juices and smoothies. Store whole at room temperature until ripe, then refrigerate once cut and eat within a few days. Candy melon is mild and lightly sweet, a nice change from watermelon.
