Butternut Fresh Each

A whole fresh butternut pumpkin with sweet, creamy orange flesh. Roast it in wedges, mash it, or cook it into soups, sabzi, kaddu ki sabzi, sambar and halwa. Peel with a sharp peeler and scoop out the seeds before cooking. Store whole in a cool, dry place for weeks; refrigerate once cut.
