Ashoka Ginger Garlic (Peeled) Paste 300g

Ashoka Ginger Garlic Paste is made from freshly peeled ginger and garlic, in a 300g jar. It is the base for most Indian curries, dals, biryanis, marinades and stir-fries, saving time peeling and grinding. Add a spoonful to hot oil after the onions and fry until the raw smell goes. Refrigerate after opening and use a dry spoon.
