Deep Toor Dal (Oily) 907g

Deep Toor Dal (Oily) is split pigeon peas lightly coated with oil, in a 907g pack, a traditional way to help the dal keep longer. Wash it in warm water two or three times to remove the oil, then pressure cook for dal, sambar, rasam and varan. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
