Curry Leaves 40g Fresh

Fresh curry leaves (kadi patta) in a 50g pack, the essential aromatic leaf of South Indian cooking. Fry them in hot oil with mustard seeds for tempering sambar, rasam, dals, poha, upma and chutneys, or dry and grind them into podi. Store in the fridge in an airtight bag or container, or freeze them for longer life.
