Indya Rock Salt Powder is ground sendha namak in a 1kg pack, ready to use without crushing. It is the traditional salt for fasting days, used in sabudana khichdi, aloo jeera, kuttu puri and fruit chaat. Its mild taste also works in raita, lassi, salads and drinks. Use like regular salt.
