Shudh Linseeds 500g

Shudh Linseeds (flaxseeds) come in a 500g pack. Dry roast and grind them, then sprinkle over cereal, smoothies, yoghurt and salads, add to roti dough, or make alsi laddoos and pinni. Store ground linseed in the fridge. Keep whole seeds in an airtight container. A handy item to keep in the pantry.
