Vadilal Ravaiya 312g

Vadilal Ravaiya is frozen small brinjals in a 312g pack, ready for stuffing. Fill them with a peanut, coconut and spice masala to make Gujarati bharela ravaiya or Maharashtrian bharli vangi, or add to undhiyu. Frozen soon after harvest and cutting, it saves cleaning and chopping time on busy days, and you can cook just the amount you need. Keep frozen and reseal the pack after use.
