Ratalu 340g -Deep

Deep Ratalu is frozen purple yam in a 340g pack, cleaned and cut. Use it in Gujarati undhiyu, ratalu puri, fritters and curries, or fry it as chips. Cook straight from frozen. Frozen soon after harvest and cutting, it saves cleaning and chopping time on busy days, and you can cook just the amount you need. Keep frozen and reseal the pack after use.
