Deep Suran 340g

Deep Suran is frozen cut elephant foot yam in a 340g pack, cleaned and ready to cook. Use it in suran sabzi, yam fry, kootu, avial, kebabs and curries. Cook straight from frozen; boiling it first with a little tamarind or lemon helps soften it. Keep frozen and reseal the pack after use.
