White Zucchini Fresh

Fresh white zucchini (light green courgette), tender and mild with a soft texture. Slice or dice it for stir-fries, curries, dals, sabzi, soups, pasta and grilled vegetables, or grate it into parathas. It cooks quickly, so add it near the end. Store in the fridge in the vegetable drawer and use within a few days.
