Rocket Fresh

Fresh rocket (arugula) leaves with a peppery, nutty taste. Toss them into salads, sandwiches, wraps and pasta, scatter them over pizza after baking, or blend into pesto. They pair well with lemon, parmesan and roasted vegetables. Rinse just before eating. Keep refrigerated and use within a few days. Rocket also tastes great in a paneer and pomegranate salad.
