Leeks Each Fresh

A fresh leek with a mild, sweet onion flavour. Slice and wash well to remove grit between the layers, then use it in soups, stir-fries, curries, pies, quiches and fried rice. It is a nice substitute for spring onion or onion in many dishes. Store in the fridge and use within a week.
