Jap Pumpkin Fresh Each

A whole fresh Jap pumpkin with sweet, nutty orange flesh. Roast it, mash it, or use it in soups, kaddu ki sabzi, sambar, curries and halwa. Cut carefully with a heavy knife and scoop out the seeds. Store whole in a cool, dry place for weeks; refrigerate once cut. It is a sweet, versatile pumpkin.
