Chinese Broccoli Each Bunch

A fresh bunch of Chinese broccoli (gai lan) with thick stems and dark green leaves. It has a slightly bitter, earthy taste similar to broccoli. Blanch and drizzle with oyster or soy sauce, stir-fry with garlic, or add to noodle soups. Peel thick stems if needed. Store in the fridge and use within a few days.
