Celery Each Fresh

Fresh celery with crisp, juicy stalks and a mild, peppery taste. Slice it into salads, soups, stocks, stir-fries and fried rice, or blend into juice. Celery sticks with hummus or peanut butter make a crunchy snack. The leaves are great in soups too. Wrap in foil or a damp cloth and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
