Spring Onion Each Bunch Fresh

A fresh bunch of spring onions with mild white bulbs and green tops. Slice them into fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, salads, omelettes and raita, or use them as a fresh garnish. Both the white and green parts can be eaten. Store in the fridge wrapped in a damp paper towel, or with roots in a glass of water.
