Spinach Each Bunch Fresh

A fresh bunch of spinach (palak) with tender green leaves. Use it in palak paneer, dal palak, aloo palak, saag, palak paratha, pakoras, soups and smoothies. Wash several times to remove grit, then chop or blanch and puree. Store in the fridge wrapped in a paper towel and use within a couple of days.
