Silverbeet Each Bunch

A fresh bunch of silverbeet (Swiss chard) with large green leaves and crisp white stems. Use the leaves in saag, dals, palak-style curries, soups and stir-fries, and chop the stems to cook like celery. It is a great substitute for spinach. Wash well. Store in the fridge and use within a few days.
