Red Papaya Each

A whole fresh red papaya with soft, sweet orange flesh. Halve it, scoop out the seeds and eat with a spoon, or cube it for fruit salads, smoothies and breakfast bowls. A squeeze of lime brings out the flavour. Ripen at room temperature, then refrigerate and eat within a few days.
