Lemon Grass Each Fresh

Fresh lemongrass stalks with a bright, citrusy aroma. Bruise the stalks and simmer them in chai, herbal teas, soups and Thai curries, or finely slice the tender inside for stir-fries and marinades. Remove tough outer layers before use. Store in the fridge wrapped in a damp cloth, or freeze for longer life.
