Kale Bunch Fresh

A fresh bunch of kale with dark, curly leaves. Strip the leaves from the tough stems, then use them in salads, smoothies, soups, stir-fries, dals and saag, or bake into crispy kale chips. Massage raw kale with a little oil and lemon to soften it. Store in the fridge and use within a few days.
