Green Banana Fresh

Fresh green (raw) bananas, also called plantain or kachha kela. Use them in raw banana sabzi, vazhakkai fry, poriyal, kofta, chips, cutlets and avial. Oil your hands or wear gloves when peeling, as the sap can stain. Keep them in water once cut to stop browning. Store at room temperature and use within a few days.
