Desiree Potato

Fresh Desiree potatoes, sold by weight, with red skin and creamy yellow flesh. They are an all-rounder, great for aloo sabzi, curries, dum aloo, roasting, mashing and wedges, and hold their shape well. Scrub before cooking; the thin skin can be left on. Store in a cool, dark, airy place, not the fridge.
