Chats Potato

Fresh chat potatoes, small baby potatoes sold by weight. Their thin skin and creamy texture make them perfect for dum aloo, jeera aloo, Bombay potatoes, roasted baby potatoes and potato salads. Cook them whole with the skin on. Store in a cool, dark, airy place away from onions, not in the fridge.
