Cabbage Drum (Half) Fresh

Half a fresh drumhead cabbage, a handy size for smaller households. Use it in patta gobhi sabzi, cabbage thoran, poriyal, coleslaw, salads, stir-fries, momos fillings, spring rolls and Indo-Chinese noodles. Shred it finely for salads or chop for sabzi. Wrap the cut side in cling film and store in the fridge for up to a week.
