Broccoli Fresh

Fresh broccoli with firm, dark green florets. Steam, roast, stir-fry or blanch it, or add it to pasta, soups, salads, fried rice and tandoori-style broccoli. The stalk can be peeled and sliced too. Cook only until bright green and just tender. Store in the fridge in a loose bag, unwashed, and use within a few days.
