BokChoy Bunch Fresh

A fresh bunch of bok choy with crisp white stems and tender green leaves. It has a mild, slightly sweet taste. Cut it in half or slice, then stir-fry with garlic and ginger, add to noodle soups, ramen and fried rice, or steam and drizzle with soy sauce. Cook briefly so the stems stay crunchy. Store in the fridge and use within a few days.
