Beetroot Fresh

Fresh beetroot with a sweet, earthy flavour and deep red colour. Grate it raw into salads and raita, roast it whole, or cook it into beetroot poriyal, thoran, curry, cutlets, halwa and juices. Wear gloves when peeling to avoid staining your hands. Store in the fridge with the leaves trimmed, and it will keep for a couple of weeks.
