Mint Bunch Fresh

A fresh bunch of mint (pudina) with cool, fragrant leaves. Blend it into mint chutney, add it to raita, biryani, chaas, jaljeera, pani puri water and mojitos, or brew it as mint tea. Pick the leaves and discard the tough stems. Store in the fridge wrapped in a damp paper towel, or with stems in water.
