Green Papaya Each

A whole fresh green (raw) papaya. Grate it for salads and thoran, cook it as a sabzi or curry, or use it in chutneys and pickles. Raw papaya is also used to tenderise meat in marinades. Peel, halve and remove the seeds before use. Store in a cool place and use within a week.
